  Operations Director

  

  Dennis has been with the Martin Automotive Group for almost 20 years.  He has been with this dealership from its beginning as a Saturn Dealer and he built it into one of the top Saturn Dealers in the country.  Dennis is ready to do it all over again as Subaru of Dayton.  His dedication to success and customer service and satisfaction stem from his previous experience with Federated Department Stores.  Dennis has a degree from Xavier University and is an avid Musketeers fan.

  Brenda oversees our Service, Parts, and Collision Center operations.  She has over 20 years experience in Fixed Operations.  Brenda has extensive hands-on experience, from receptionist.up to parts and service manager, always with a focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction.  Prior to joining our dealership, Brenda spent several years running Fixed Operations at one of the top-ranked Cadillac dealers in the area.  Brenda's outstanding performance, her experience, and her customer focus make her the backbone of our After Sales Team.

  Nathan is a recent addition to our dealership that came with the franchise.  Nathan has been with us since we have became a Subaru dealer, having worked most recently as a Subaru Parts Manager.  Nathan has over 17 years of automotive industry experience, seven of which he spent working for Subaru of America as a District Manager.  Nathan is a graduate of the University of Dayton, and has an MBA from Xavier University.  When not working for us, Nathan is at his other job, teaching business courses at Sinclair Community College.

  Neal has been with the Martin Auto Group for 10 years now, first with Saturn of Dayton North, and now with us for almost 2 years.  Neal is an ASE Master Certified technician and has already begun working on his Subaru Master Technician Certification.  Neal is dedicated to customer service and prides himself in the proper repair and service of customer vehicles.  When not working, Neal enjoys spending time with his four-year-old daughter, riding his motorcycle and his quad.  Neal also enjoys playing softball with his friends.

  Dave is the u-joint that keeps the parts department turning.  Dave has over 35 years of automotive parts experience and has been with us for over 7 years.  Dave has done it all, from stocking parts to managing a dealership parts department.  And we are not the only ones that find Dave invaluable.  Dave is in high demand in the local street rod scene as a go to man if you want it done right.  Dave has even appeared in several nationally published street rod magazines.

  Jodie is the glue that holds the dealership together.  With us for 16 years, Jodie has done almost every job in the dealership.  If you are a frequent customer, you probably wonder how she can be in so many places at once.  She answers the phone, greets you in service, writes your repair order, looks up the parts, fixes your car (ok not really), and cashiers your paperwork, all before noon.  Jodie is an excellent employee dedicated to Excellent Customer Service.

  Malcolm has been a sales consultant with our dealership for 5 years and has spent 25 years total satisfying customers in the automobile business.  He is dedicated to Stellar Customer Service with a smile.  When not taking care of customers, Malcolm spends time with his 6 mostly well-behaved grandchildren and his always well-behaved Pekingese, Houdi.

He enjoys the interaction he has with customers in the showroom and strives to make the Internet experience as convenient as possible. Jim enjoys fast-pitch softball, tennis and running.  He and his wife have 3 daughters, 3 grandchildren.
