Dennis has been with the Martin Automotive Group for almost 20 years. He has been with this dealership from its beginning as a Saturn Dealer and he built it into one of the top Saturn Dealers in the country. Dennis is ready to do it all over again as Subaru of Dayton. His dedication to success and customer service and satisfaction stem from his previous experience with Federated Department Stores. Dennis has a degree from Xavier University and is an avid Musketeers fan.
Brenda oversees our Service, Parts, and Collision Center operations. She has over 20 years experience in Fixed Operations. Brenda has extensive hands-on experience, from receptionist.up to parts and service manager, always with a focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction. Prior to joining our dealership, Brenda spent several years running Fixed Operations at one of the top-ranked Cadillac dealers in the area. Brenda's outstanding performance, her experience, and her customer focus make her the backbone of our After Sales Team.
Dave is the u-joint that keeps the parts department turning. Dave has over 35 years of automotive parts experience and has been with us for over 7 years. Dave has done it all, from stocking parts to managing a dealership parts department. And we are not the only ones that find Dave invaluable. Dave is in high demand in the local street rod scene as a go to man if you want it done right. Dave has even appeared in several nationally published street rod magazines.
Jodie is the glue that holds the dealership together. With us for 16 years, Jodie has done almost every job in the dealership. If you are a frequent customer, you probably wonder how she can be in so many places at once. She answers the phone, greets you in service, writes your repair order, looks up the parts, fixes your car (ok not really), and cashiers your paperwork, all before noon. Jodie is an excellent employee dedicated to Excellent Customer Service.
